Return & Refund Policy — Wisdom Ascent

All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and the digital file has been delivered or made available for download.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Digital artwork files cannot be "returned" once received
• Ownership of the file cannot be verified or revoked after delivery
• You have read the product description and are satisfied it meets your needs before purchasing

Exceptions

We will consider a refund or replacement only in the following circumstances:

• The file delivered is corrupted and cannot be opened (a replacement of the exact same file (uncorrupted) will be issued.
• The wrong file was delivered (i.e., not the product you purchased - in which case - a thorough investigation will be completed to ensure your satisfaction and to make sure this mistake is repeated for other customers - and the correct file will be issued)

In either case, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with proof of the issue and we will do our best to resolve it.
