This unit visualises the concept of "Tranquillity"—the settling of noise and the cultivation of unbreakable internal depth. It teaches that the sovereign mind does not pray for a calm sea, but becomes the cliff against which the waves continually break.

Visually, this mastery of chaos is represented by the top half of the canvas featuring frantic, chaotic, vertical palette knife scrapes of "Muted Silt Grey" acrylic, symbolizing surface noise and external conflict.
